To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Marcilla Bailey does not ship orders to post office boxes. Marcilla Bailey is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs. Orders will be shipped through FedEx and for security purposes, will require a signature upon receipt. Please allow 7 days for shipping. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
The cost of returning any item to Bailey’s will be incurred by the client except in the event that the wrong item was shipped or the merchandise is received in a damaged or defective state.

Insurance
Insurance to cover damaged or lost merchandise during shipment is factored into our shipping rates. If merchandise is defective or damaged during shipment upon receipt, the client should immediately file a claim with the carrier in accordance with the carrier’s current procedures and policies.
For returns, Marcilla Bailey will only cover the cost of the return shipping and insurance on items that were damaged or defective prior to the original shipping. For additional information about returns, please refer to our Return Policy.
