Marcilla Bailey Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your Marcilla Bailey purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. But, before you decide to initiate a return, why not give us a call at 213.257.8980 so that we can make sure, no matter how you choose to proceed, that you are 100% satisfied.
All returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition in which it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.
Shipping is non-refundable. A refund on shipping will only be applied if there was a discrepancy or error during the checkout process through marcillabailey.com.
*Exclusions include but are not limited to: Custom design, engraved items, special orders, trunk show merchandise, watches, and items that have been altered. High-dollar merchandise may not be returnable.
Return & Exchange Process:
In order to make a return or exchange, please contact us through email (info@marcillabailey.com), phone (213.257.8980), or social media (@marcillabailey) and we will happily send you a return label. Once we receive your item, you will be refunded the full amount.
Upon receipt, merchandise will be sent to our quality control department. Any items that show signs of wear, have been engraved, sized, altered, damaged, or disclosed as ‘non-refundable’ cannot be accepted. Returns that do contain their receipt or are improperly packaged will also not be accepted.
Returns will be credited in the same way in which they were paid.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing a return.
If you would like to exchange an item, you can do so by following the same process above. We will ship your new sparkles once we receive your initial purchase.
